Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our marketing team in managing and executing digital marketing initiatives. The role will focus on social media management, email marketing, marketing automation, and advertising support, with the goal of enhancing our online presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting lead generation.

This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule and publish approved content on various social media platforms using specialized tools such as Meta Business Manager or Zoho Social.
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with our marketing calendar.
  • Engage with target audiences through comments, likes, follows, and direct interactions.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, follower growth, and audience interactions.
Email Marketing
  • Deploy email campaigns via Mailchimp to segmented customer, lead, and prospect lists.
  • Maintain and update email lists for accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Deployment & Organization
  • Coordinate with our internal team to receive approved copy and graphics.
  • Upload, schedule, and quality-check content prior to publishing.
  • Keep marketing assets organized in cloud-based systems.
Marketing Automation & Advertising Support
  • Assist with setting up workflows for social and email automations.
  • Support integration of platforms to improve efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Provide assistance in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns and report on performance metrics.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Communicate progress on all assigned tasks daily, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Report on completed posts, audience engagement, list updates, and ad performance.
  • Flag issues, delays, or required clarifications to our marketing lead via instant messaging platforms.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to support campaign planning and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in specialized tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Experience with paid ads on various platforms preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured workflows.
