Role Overview

This is a highly specialized position focused on developing business intelligence (BI) solutions to support data-driven decision-making across our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex data sets, creating reports and dashboards, and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop data models that drive strategic business decisions.
  • Analyze performance across key metrics and regularly share findings with senior leadership to inform business strategy.
  • Design and implement consistent reporting standards to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights.
  • Develop product forecasts using advanced statistical techniques and data visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, BI, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Experience in Ecommerce or Retail industries a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
