Role Overview:
The Associate Recruitment Operations Specialist will provide critical support to the Global Recruitment Marketing and Operations Team, ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes, developing and maintaining reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruiting life cycle from an operations perspective, including preparing and extending offer letters and background check requests, building reports, recommending and designing process improvements, and helping to coordinate recruitment events.
- Work closely with IT on changes to a recruitment technology, aid in new employee onboarding, and deliver trainings.
- Provide excellent customer service, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure high-quality work products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 1+ years' experience working in Operations or Human Resources, 2+ years preferred.
- Intermediate Excel skills (functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, pivot tables, calculated fields).
- Experience with an ATS and/or CRM is highly desirable.
- A knack for process improvement and a desire to step in and offer solutions.
- Strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and process improvement.
- Strong written and oral business English skills.
