About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator Professional. In this role, you will support the recruitment process, manage employee records, and assist with various HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing and Management: Post job openings, source candidates, and maintain a database of qualified applicants.
  • Candidate Experience: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Prepare and send offer letters, conduct onboarding sessions, and ensure new hires complete necessary employment documents.
HR Administration and Compliance
  • Policies and Procedures: Assist in implementing and communicating company HR policies, monitor employee attendance, and help coordinate employee training sessions.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recruitment and HR activities, and maintain an updated filing system for employee records.
Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administration. You must also possess strong knowledge of HR processes, employment regulations, and labor laws, and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
