Embedded Systems Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to lead our embedded systems development efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain complex embedded firmware for ESP32-based solutions.
    • Design, implement, and optimize system architecture for high-performance and reliability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and technical specifications.
    • Plan and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deadlines.
    • Oversee system integration, debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.
    • Review code contributions, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
    • Ensure adherence to documentation standards, version control practices, and quality assurance processes.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware development.
    • Familiarity with ESP32 microcontrollers and equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
    • Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
    • Experience with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end projects.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.
    • Capacity to balance hands-on technical contributions with project management and strategic oversight.
