Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead our team in developing cutting-edge solutions using ESP32 microcontrollers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience designing and implementing embedded firmware, with expertise in C and C++ programming. They should possess a solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.

Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development. Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects is required.

A track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary embedded or IoT projects on time, within budget, and to specification is essential. The candidate should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions.
  • Design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability.
  • Define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.
  • Mentor junior engineers to raise overall team capability.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
