Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Applications Consultant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing customers' requests regarding addition of new trading partners, document types, and connection types.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking techniques, and attention to detail. They will also have strong customer focus, teamwork and collaboration skills, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements, data integrations, and interfaces
  • Create/update technical specifications and create/update maps using OpenText translation software
  • Carry out integration tasks to deploy maps to pre-production and production environments
  • Setup Trading Partner connectivity using common communications standards
  • Implement changes for existing data integrations
  • Follow policies and best practice mapping to define map rules based on client's requirements
  • Investigate and conduct root-cause-analysis for issues/defects raised by client during client testing
  • Deliver project status updates to clients, delivery/project managers, and counterparts as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Science and/or other technical disciplines
  • Knowledgeable of programming languages e.g. Perl, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript
  • Strong customer focus, customer satisfaction oriented
  • Problem-solving skills, logical thinking techniques, and attention to detail
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
