About the Role

A Pricing Associate will be responsible for ensuring that price exceptions and sales support concerns are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and service level agreements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Evaluate exceptions and escalate as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions using CRM system.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to understand local market conditions.
  • Support 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shift as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prioritise tasks, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative.
  • Strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
  • Familiar with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
