Sales Administration Specialist
Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional to handle sales administration tasks.
This role involves monitoring, consolidating, and creating reports about dealer networks retail sales and inventory.
The ideal candidate will have direct coordination with our dealer network, providing and processing the requirements of each entity.
You will also handle administrative functions by managing and coordinating office supplies, budget planning, and other functional activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of vehicle sales, inquiries, reservations, and releases
- Prepare and consolidate key reports including Dealer Reports and Top management reports & presentation
- Support annual budget requirements, consumption monitoring, and cost reduction activities
- Manage administrative tasks such as supplies monitoring, replenishment, and issuance, and create workplace SOPs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Ability to accomplish tasks by considering all areas involved and accurately checking processes and tasks
- Set high standards of performance for self and others and assume responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
- Proactive and effective time and resource management skills
