The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex systems and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to promote agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and constructive feedback.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.

Prior Agile certification is highly desirable but not required.
