Key Responsibilities
This role involves several key responsibilities, including:
  • Overseeing contract management for CCM business and ensuring that the contract inventory is up-to-date and signed.
  • Facilitating payroll reports and submitting them in a timely manner.
  • Managing monthly supply inventory and requisitions for all CCM clients, including inventory monitoring.
  • Assisting in organizing Flexicare CCM events/meetings.
  • Providing administrative support to the Flexicare management team.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • At least 1 year of solid working experience in a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to develop strong customer and provider relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
