Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the BPO sector. As a key player, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, particularly in outsourcing customer service and call center operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and an existing network of contacts to leverage for prospecting and securing new accounts.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain large accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Craft tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
