About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned Data Insights Leader to spearhead data-driven decision-making across our business. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your analytical prowess and drive impactful results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions to support strategic initiatives and data-informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Leverage advanced analytics tools like Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets/Excel to deliver timely, accurate insights to stakeholders.
  • Design and implement reliable, structured data systems, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy.
  • Present complex data findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualisations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Strong expertise in cloud-based data warehouses, such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, ETL tools (Talend, Stitch, MS SQL SSIS), and Python/R programming languages.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, ERPs, and social media advertising tools.
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik).
