Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and equipment
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance workers to achieve planned objectives
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to identify potential problems and prioritize necessary repairs
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs to ensure safety protocols are followed

Key Qualifications:
