Visual Branding Specialist

 

As a Visual Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and high-converting brand kits and digital assets that resonate with our clients' brands. You will collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our visual output.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
  • Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
  • Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
  • Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
  • Skills: Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus) with B2 English proficiency.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
