Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Treasury Liaison Associate.

  • Confidential document transportation: Safely transport confidential documents, files, and packages between different Treasury Department office locations.
  • Timely delivery: Ensure timely and secure delivery of materials to the correct recipients within and outside the department.
  • Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any related documentation.
  • Vehicle maintenance: Operate and maintain vehicles carefully to ensure they remain in good working condition.
  • Discretion and confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive materials and documents.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and department policies while performing duties.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with office staff to coordinate deliveries and respond promptly to requests.
  • Errands: Run department-related errands such as updating passbooks daily, delivering payment/s to the different lessors, making deposits, and purchasing office supplies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a messenger or similar role.
  • Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
