We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead process improvements across manufacturing and logistics to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Oversee inbound logistics and outbound fulfillment, including freight, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
  • Track inventory movement and reconcile discrepancies across ERP, 3PL, and internal systems.
  • Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with Operations, CX, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade and shipping regulations.
Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone proactive, operationally sharp, and ready to make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate should have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environments.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., NetSuite, DEAR), Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Exposure to quality control or sustainability in production/shipping.
