Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Content Editor to refine and enhance blog content, ensuring it meets high standards for quality, accuracy, and client alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a detail-oriented mindset, strong language skills, and an understanding of SEO principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy
  • Integrate relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience
  • Ensure all client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are appropriately represented
  • Select and insert appropriate images with effective alt text
  • Conduct thorough proofreading to eliminate grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes
  • Maintain high content quality, adhering to project guidelines and client expectations

Requirements

Proven editorial background with extensive experience in editing and proofreading various content types

Strong understanding and application of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines

Familiarity with basic SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization

Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy

Strong language skills with a genuine passion for wordsmithing

Proficiency with Grammarly

Ability to work efficiently and effectively

Excellent written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
