Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing campaigns, building and optimizing digital assets, and reporting on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute two high-quality newsletters per month, creating engaging content and designs that meet the brand's guidelines.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the video editor to create engaging video content and publish at least eight social posts per month.
  • Write, format, and publish one blog post per month to the company website, showcasing the brand's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Produce one case study per month with input from the delivery team, highlighting successful projects and results.
  • Research and import leads from Predictive Index three times per week, scoring and qualifying leads based on ICP fit.
  • Deliver six to twelve creative assets per month, ensuring all visuals are high-quality and aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Submit a monthly marketing performance report, covering key metrics such as campaign performance, lead generation, and social media engagement.
What You'll Need
  • Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, campaign development, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign management, workflow development, and form creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce engaging content and copy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
