We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer to contribute to our recruitment team. As a key member, you will collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
Responsibilities include creating job adverts, sourcing and screening candidates, leveraging LinkedIn, Seek, and Bullhorn to source candidates, booking and interviewing shortlisted candidates, assisting in placing successful candidates into roles, completing reference checks, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed.
Our ideal candidate is a proficient relationship developer who delivers results to clients and candidates alike. A strong commitment to your recruitment career and experience in managing candidate relationships, sourcing, and screening are essential for this role. You should also possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, be driven, ambitious, and desirous of being part of something exceptional.
