Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging instructional materials that support our training initiatives. Your primary goal will be to create high-quality learning experiences that enhance clarity, engagement, and retention. Key responsibilities include transforming training scripts into polished animated videos, applying company tone and branding guidelines, collaborating with content creators to storyboard scenes, integrating narration, background music, and sound effects, converting written training materials into dynamic video formats, reviewing and revising videos based on team and learner feedback, coordinating with Learning Management System (LMS) Content Coordinators and Training Developers, managing video development timelines, and ensuring consistency through template and asset management.
Responsibilities 1. Design and develop engaging instructional materials that align with company goals and objectives. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions. 3. Create high-quality visual content, including animations and graphics, to enhance the learning experience. 4. Develop and implement effective evaluation strategies to measure the success of training programs. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology. 6. Participate in ongoing professional development to improve skills and knowledge. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. 8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including subject matter experts, learners, and other team members.

Requirements A degree in Instructional Design or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or a related field. Proficiency in using video/audio tools, such as Powtoon, Canva, Camtasia, Adobe tools, voiceover platforms, and basic knowledge of instructional design principles. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience working with LMS systems, such as TalentLMS. Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models. Skilled in creating multimedia presentations, infographics, and other visual aids. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Passion for delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
