Job Summary

The Branch Operations Head is responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of the branch.

He/she will assist in the preparation of annual reports, decisions, and administration of all accountable forms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • College Graduate with major in Business or Accounting.
  • 3-5 years of job experience in the branch operations as a Bank Branch Officer.

Strong communication and analytical skills, with keen attention to details, ability for critical thinking and good people management skills are required. The role requires proactive orientation and knowledge in branch operations and policies, administrative disciplinary rules and procedures, and MS Office Applications.
