The role of Treasury Analyst at Philippine Vending Corporation is a critical one, as it directly impacts the company's financial position. Cash management is a high-risk yet valuable asset that requires utmost diligence, accuracy, and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in managing company funds by allocating cash balances towards loan payments, disbursements to suppliers, service providers, and others.
  2. Monitor and oversee bank loan payments and availment on a daily basis.
  3. Responsible for checking and approval of check vouchers.
  4. Prepare schedule of payment to trade suppliers on a weekly basis.
  5. Prepare weekly reports on Cash Flow and Bank Loans.
  6. Provide weekly funding requirements based on cash flow forecast.
  7. Responsible for bank reconciliation by overseeing posting of various banking transactions.
  8. Other treasury-related tasks as assigned by management.
