Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with team members and leaders to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer experience operations and management roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong track record of meeting and delivering targets
  • Ability to analyze situations and data to make informed decisions
