TYPE: Full-Time | Remote | Amazon-Focused Operations

SHIFT: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM US Eastern Timezone

PAY: $10-$15 per hour depending on experience

We're looking for a proven Amazon operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building efficient systems, and knows how to get the best out of remote teams. If you have experience running Amazon Seller Central operations, managing virtual teams, and scaling e-commerce systems, we want you at the helm.

This isn't a "learn as you go" role — we need a hands-on operator who can take immediate ownership of our current Amazon business operations, streamline daily activities, and help scale our team and systems as we expand into Walmart, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.

What You Need to Know About the Role:

As our Operations Captain, you'll be the central command for our remote e-commerce teams, ensuring projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and quality remains high. You'll directly oversee our existing VAs (PPC, support, and design) from day one, making sure they're productive, accountable, and delivering results.

You'll also be key in growing our remote team, helping to hire and onboard new specialists in graphic design, product research, content creation, and digital marketing — all while maintaining smooth communication and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Manage our VA team (PPC, support, design) with daily check-ins and weekly performance reviews.
  • Oversee Amazon Operations — ensuring PPC, listing optimization, creative, and support tasks are executed on time.
  • Track deliverables and deadlines via Trello, Google Sheets, or HubSpot.
  • Implement & Enforce SOPs across departments for consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks before they cause delays.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports to the founders.
  • Drive the hiring and onboarding process for new VAs in design, product discovery, content, and marketing.
  • Draft job descriptions, participate in interviews, and assist in performance reviews.
  • Translate workflows into SOPs by shadowing founders on calls when needed.
  • Coordinate internal communications (Slack or WhatsApp — moving toward a unified platform).
Results You'll Be Responsible For:
  • All VA tasks tracked and deadlines met consistently.
  • Strong communication flow and fewer missed deadlines.
  • SOPs fully implemented and followed.
  • Founders receive clear, concise weekly updates on team performance.
  • New VAs hired and fully contributing within 30–45 days.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves):
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central operations.
  • At least 2–3 years managing remote/virtual teams in an e-commerce setting.
  • Skilled in project management tools (Trello, HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets).
  • Exceptional English communication and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
  • North American time zone overlap of at least 4 hours/day.

Nice to Have:


•Familiarity with Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and TikTok Shop operations.


•Experience in hiring, training, and SOP creation for remote teams.
