A Telemarketer Role for Lead Generation Experts

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telemarketer with a proven track record in lead generation. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and other outreach methods.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve product/service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in B2B sales or similar industry.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
