Architectural Drafter Role

We are seeking an accomplished Architectural Drafter to join our team. As a skilled professional in the field, you will be responsible for creating detailed construction drawings and specifications using Revit.

Your expertise in drafting and detailing will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into technical drawings and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare high-quality construction detailing and spec sheets.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and team members to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
  • Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Evaluate all drawings for compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for efficient access.
Key Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
