We're seeking a seasoned senior software engineer to help shape our next chapter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our embedded spend management platform.


About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise in designing and developing robust integrations with various payment rails and banking APIs. You will lead the development lifecycle of features and work streams from design to deployment, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Our Embedded Spend Management Platform: Create a cutting-edge platform that streamlines spend management for banks and financial institutions.
  • Drive Robust Integrations: Architect and implement secure integrations with multiple payment rails and banking APIs, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Lead Development Lifecycle: Oversee the development process, from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines.
  • Become a Voracious Problem Solver: Tackle complex issues with ease, manage cross-functional dependencies, and set a high standard for engineering excellence within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ Years of Professional Experience: Possess extensive experience as a software engineer, with a focus on payments and fintech.
  • Expertise in Banking and Card Scheme Protocols: Demonstrate deep knowledge of developing and integrating with banking and card scheme protocols.
  • Mastery of Programming Languages: Have proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Kotlin, Java, Go, Scala, Rust).
  • Database and Distributed Systems: Show a deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases and distributed systems.
