Senior Civil Engineer

The position of Principal Civil Engineer is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality civil engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project opportunities and develop business cases.
- Maintain and improve project management processes to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk software.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with construction management software.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
