Job Title: Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across digital and print media in the apparel niche.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create designs for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.
  • Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Generate AI models and manipulate products on AI models using AI tools, especially for apparel design.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Specialized in Web Design, Print Design, Branding, Digital Illustration, Client Revision, Design Project Management, AI Design, Packaging Design.
  • Demonstrate expertise in packaging (print production knowledge such as product mockup, dielines, bleed, emboss, foil, spot UV, etc.).
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients.
  • Ensure visual appeal, readability, and brand consistency in all designs.
