We're expanding our team with a digital designer who has the ability to create innovative and engaging designs for interactive campaigns, email, microsites, landing pages, social media, e-commerce channels, online banner advertising, and other projects. Our ideal candidate is confident in proposing and presenting sound rationale for work, with a solid understanding of user flows, digital best practices, and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually appealing and effective user interface designs that meet brand guidelines and incorporate superior user flow understanding
  • Collaborate with project managers, content strategists, copywriters, and UX designers to ensure designs are innovative and continuously optimized for digital channels
  • Produce high-quality motion graphics and videos for social channels that engage audiences
  • Work closely with the existing team to guarantee all designs are aligned with digital best practices
  • Push creative boundaries by staying up-to-date with cutting-edge design styles and embracing new design trends
  • Prioritize a mobile-first mindset in design decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a digital designer, with a proven track record of producing e-commerce assets, digital, and social media content
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills are essential, along with experience in using AI tools and being comfortable with learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage workloads efficiently
  • Possesses knowledge of interaction design, mobile design, user-centered experience design, brand development, digital marketing, and the creative process
