Business Process Optimizer

We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful System Support Specialist to support the optimization of our business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating systems, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams and external developers.
The role involves:
- Troubleshooting and resolving platform issues across various platforms
- Managing monthly updates for WordPress and other systems
- Maintaining and updating custom scripts using JavaScript and PHP
- Building and managing workflow automations using Zapier and other tools
- Supporting and configuring Airtable bases, views, and permission settings
- Collaborating with developers on advanced workflows and integrations
- Maintaining syncing and data integrity between Salesforce and Airtable
- Providing technical assistance across teams and departments
- Documenting internal systems and helping optimize workflows
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
- Proven experience managing and troubleshooting: WordPress/WooCommerce, Airtable, Salesforce, GSuite/Google Workspace
- Strong expertise in Zapier and N8n is essential
- Familiarity with scripting for automations and no-code/low-code tools like Notion, Make, and Monday.com
