Project Professionals are sought to provide support and guidance for project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Lead and Project Specialists in delivering projects and managing timelines.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and recommendations, enhancing overall project performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain accurate records of project progress.
  • Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure project details are accurately documented.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans and governance structures.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in program/project management
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data
  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Working knowledge of transitions and project management is also desirable. Relevant certifications such as CAPM or Agile are a plus.
