Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that leverage influencers to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions.

You'll work closely with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly into broader marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs.
  • Source talent by identifying and engaging influencers who resonate with our target audience and campaign goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
