Job Title: Content Marketing Strategist

 

Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of our premium European skincare brand. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to create and execute compelling content strategies across Instagram and other platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of social engagement metrics, and a deep appreciation for beauty and skincare trends. You will work closely with our creative and eCommerce teams to support campaigns that elevate brand awareness, product trust, and user engagement.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing and growing our social media accounts (with a focus on Instagram and Reels)
  • Planning and publishing content in line with monthly campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborating with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality visuals and content
  • Identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Tracking influencer deliverables and performance
  • Engaging with our online community through comments, DMs, and story interactions
  • Reporting on engagement metrics and suggesting improvements based on data
  • Staying on top of beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and viral formats

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications for this role include:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or influencer management (beauty industry experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of influencer outreach strategies and UGC collaboration management
  • Aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury and beauty brands
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, organized mindset
  • Familiarity with skincare products and online beauty communities is a major plus
