Job Title:

A high-achieving accounting professional is required to handle day-to-day financial tasks, prepare and analyze financial statements, and oversee the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine and prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow to optimize financial performance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in accordance with regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and applicable laws.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to maintain financial transparency.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
