Job Opportunity: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented data entry professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Key responsibilities include accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, verifying accuracy by comparing it to source documents, conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors, assisting in developing and implementing data entry procedures and protocols, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

In addition to technical skills, we require strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
