Job Summary

The Data Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and security of company data. This position focuses on administrative tasks, data entry, and database management utilizing the GRID Technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for database usage questions at the project level.
  • Coordinate with GRID Support to resolve issues and create custom reports.
  • Determine client reporting needs and collaborate with GRID Support to ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify required data points for each project and establish workflows for data entry and reporting.
  • Provide training to users on GRID system functionality.
  • Ensure accurate data entry through quality assurance and control activities and verify data completeness and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and assist with database enhancements.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Experience with database systems and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience conducting user training sessions and creating support documentation.
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation or SOP creation.
