- Attend pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide solutions based on company policies and procedures.
- Handle flight disruption-related issues within authorized parameters and established standards.
- Escalate issues beyond your authority to station management.
- Graduate of a 4-year course in Hospitality Management or Tourism.
- Previous work experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Service-oriented individuals who prioritize guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
