Job Title: Section Head">Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of a team tasked with resolving past due accounts through approved field collection activities.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in handling consumer loans, particularly secured loans from early to late stage collection up to litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of the team on field collection and remedial management to ensure timely resolution of assigned and endorsed past due accounts.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Business Management or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience as AM to SM in Credit and Collection Section, Department, Division, or Group gained from banks, financial institutions, or collection agencies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in handling multiple officers from different disciplines is preferred
  • Dynamic and people-oriented, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
