Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions from concept through deployment. You will design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability. Your expertise in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation will ensure that milestones and deadlines are consistently met.

You will oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality. Your technical leadership skills will enable you to review code contributions, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to raise overall team capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
  • Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
  • Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
  • Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.
  • Capacity to balance hands-on technical contributions with project management and strategic oversight.
