Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Financial Manager to support cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. This role will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with departments including sales, HR, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
