Strategic Financial Coordinator

The role of a Financial Operations Specialist is to oversee the day-to-day management of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This includes recording all financial data, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and maintaining accurate sales tax records.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero. Experience with intercompany transactions, monthly close procedures, and financial reporting is also essential.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing process changes to enhance the overall financial operations of the organization. Strong communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, a strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, and proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting software.
