Key Responsibilities:- Billing & Invoicing:
- Generate accurate customer invoices on time and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Accounts Payable:
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and reconcile vendor statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and prepare aging reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Debt Follow-Up:
- Communicate effectively with clients to collect overdue invoices and maintain a log of collection activities.
- Collaborate with sales or legal teams to resolve complex or delinquent accounts.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and sub-ledgers to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
