We are looking for an experienced M&A Broker to join our team, responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of sellers, converting account opportunities into successful transactions, and ensuring exceptional client communication and satisfaction.

  • Distinguish yourself by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to secure listings and successfully manage them through to completion.
  • Pursue potential clients, arrange meetings, and showcase the value proposition of our platform.
  • Foster relationships with the buyside community, manage strategic stakeholder relationships, and build trust with repeat buyers.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven work experience in M&A, brokering, or sales.
  • Strong business analysis and process improvement skills.
  • Previous experience in marketplace environments, digital asset sales, or small business sales.
Key Performance Indicators

We measure success by:

  • Quality of service provided (e.g., regular contact touchpoints) and Total Transaction Value (TTV).
  • Converted managed accounts, regular communication with clients, and client satisfaction.
