  • Develop and lead complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring, ensuring accurate and comprehensive results.
  • Create high-quality client-facing materials for mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including strategic presentations and confidential information memorandums.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and assess strategic alternatives, driving business growth and success.
  • Ensure seamless transaction workflows and deliverables by effectively managing execution processes.
  • Participate in firm-building initiatives, contributing to the development and growth of our organization.

Our ideal candidate possesses strong academic credentials and 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable roles. Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial modeling is essential, as well as adaptability, creative problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
