About The Role

We're seeking a Sales Representative to serve as the first point of connection between our clients and our legal experts. This is a remote position, and you'll handle high-volume inbound calls, answering questions, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys.

You'll be responsible for creating exceptional first impressions by representing us with warmth and professionalism. You'll own the client journey, coordinating appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional first impressions by representing us with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering questions, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys.
  • Own the client journey by coordinating appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • This is a remote position; candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection
