Key Responsibilities:

  • To create and develop a wide array of marketing materials, incorporating direct mail, print registries, magazine spreads, plaques, brochures, digital articles, and digital billboards.
  • To edit and retouch photos to ensure consistency and quality while aligning with project needs.
  • To conduct research on design trends and industry developments to bring innovative ideas to projects.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that includes marketing, editorial, and production teams. They will be responsible for managing project files and assets, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with vendors to ensure accuracy and quality.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a portfolio that showcases their design and production expertise.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in print and digital design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong production skills, including file preparation, layout design, and prepress best practices.
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
  • Excellent collaboration and time management skills.
