Visual Design Expert Wanted

We seek a skilled visual designer to bring innovative ideas to life in ad creatives.

This role involves creating high-converting graphics that capture users' attention and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.

A strong portfolio showcasing effective ad designs is essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

The selected designer will work closely with funnel strategists and copywriters to craft UX wireframes into visually appealing graphics, while maintaining brand consistency and elevating identity through fresh concepts.

The team member will also analyze ad performance data to optimize creatives for better click-through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and engagement, as well as run A/B tests on graphic concepts to ensure top performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design static and animated ad creatives for prominent platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails
  • Create eye-catching visuals with compelling hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and product presentation for engaging user experiences
  • Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support successful funnels and landing pages
  • Develop graphics within brand guidelines while elevating brand identity through creative and innovative concepts
  • Analyze ad performance data to enhance creatives for improved CTR, ROAS, and engagement

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing
  • Demonstrated portfolio of high-performing ad designs
  • Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design
