The role of a Graphic Designer – Brand Storytelling is pivotal in accelerating our mission to transform plant-based molecules into breakthrough therapeutics.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our communications, scientific, and product teams to create engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Craft compelling visuals: Design marketing materials, social media assets, and web graphics that reflect our mission.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with our teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Apply design fundamentals: Use expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive and visually engaging materials.
  • Develop creative concepts: Ideate and execute creative concepts that communicate our brand narrative and engage stakeholders.
  • Deliver with excellence and agility: Prioritize projects, manage competing timelines, and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational background: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Portfolio that speaks volumes: A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Creative software fluency: Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Collaborative communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills to present ideas, receive feedback, and iterate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organized and deadline-driven: Strong project management skills to handle multiple concurrent deliverables without compromising quality or creativity.
